Researchers found that drinking three cups coffee will not harm your heart and may actually help it. They found that three daily cups can lower palpitation risks by 13,  reducing the risk of a heart attack or stroke.  This isn’t anything new but they also found that drinking energy drinks harms the heart and increase the chances of heart attacks.
