A 15-year-old Janesville boy was arrested Thursday for a robbery in connection with a robbery last Friday on the 2800-2900 block of Woodlane Drive. The boy was charged after his fingerprints were lifted from items left behind at the scene belonging to the victim. In addition to robbery, the boy was charged with burglary and false imprisonment, all occurring as a part of the Friday incident. The Janesville Police Department believes two other robberies may be linked to this crime. Both incidents also occurred on the 2800-2900 block of Woodward Lane between Dec. 20 and Jan 4. The department encourages the public to contact them with any knowledge of these crimes.
