I don’t love coffee, I just like coffee. I like to drink coffee in the morning to wake me up. It’s true, it works, and after 2 full mugs I usually stop there. I may make more coffee later in the afternoon, but not always. After seeing this article I think it’s time to back off. For me 6 cups in one day seems really easy to meet, and that’s not what’s recommended. At least they still say coffee is still good for you, just not so much.
