Man on Parole for Drug Charges Faces 5th OWI

Legal troubles are mounting for a man already facing drug charges.  The Wisconsin State Patrol says its troopers stopped Leroy Ostrander Sunday morning for a moving violation on Interstate 94. 

Ostrander reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated, fifth offense. 

When he was stopped, the man was on parole for making and selling heroin.
