So your sleeping position could be adding years to your face!

So apparently a skincare expert has discovered that sleeping on your side can cause more folds in your skin and that can add years to your face.  Also, you should stick to 7-8 hours of sleep a night because more than that over time can cause a strain on your body and make you more likely to have a stoke or heart disease.  To read more about the research and ways that you can sleep better click the article here!
