Recently, everyone has been a bit on edge when it comes to the current state of the world thanks to the coronavirus. Though times like these can be stressful, it’s important maintain good physical, mental and emotional health.
One of the best ways to maintain a healthy state of all three is by practicing self-care. That said, figuring out which ways of self-care works best for you can be difficult. It took me a long time to realize that what works for one person might not work for another.
So how do you figure out what self-care routine works best for you? I asked myself that a lot too, until I found the 30 Day Self-Care Challenge.
It presents you with different self-care activities to try every day for 30 days, allowing you to try many different forms of self-care to figure out which works best for you.
In fact, it was through this challenge that I found the best way for me to practice self-care was by journaling! Well, that and putting on a facemask.
