One of my favorite ways to relax and clear my mind is to journal. There’s something about knowing you can spill out all your feelings and thoughts without actually having to tell anyone is so therapeutic.
That said, I have the hardest time keeping up with my journal on a daily basis. That was until a friend of mine introduced me to bullet journaling. It’s like normal journaling, except more creative with fun designs to fill each page. So, now I have two separate journals: my thoughts journal and my bullet journal. Because a lot of my bullet journal pages need to be updated on a daily basis, I’ve been able to keep on it. Plus, it’s carried over into my thoughts journal because I might as well update that one while I’m already journaling.
The best part about bullet journaling is there’s no right or wrong way to do it! I’ve based all my pages on layout designs I’ve found on Pinterest. All you really need to start is a journal and some fun colored markers! Though, I have found it helpful to have stencils and stickers on hand too!
I’ve even made a board full of my favorite ideas! You can find all the ideas that I love by following the link here.
