I’ll be honest with you, I’m a weird sleeper. I like to be curled in a ball, laying diagonal with one leg stretched out as far as it can go. During the night, it feels awesome, but every morning I wake up and my body is tense.
Turns out to feel better in the morning I don’t need to change my sleeping habits, I just need to stretch out when I wake up! That said, I don’t have a ton of time to really exercise in the morning. But luckily, while I was browsing Pinterest, I found an 8 Minute Morning Yoga Ritual To Begin Your Day! The poses are all really easy and after the 8 minutes I’m always left feeling energized and ready for the day!
And the best part of adding this to my morning routine is I had an excuse to buy some super cute and new workout clothes!
