Life is crazy and stressful and can really take a toll on your mental health if you’re not paying attention to it. We’ve talked a lot about different ways you can help boost your mindset. The hardest part though, I think, is keeping up on the things that help take your mind off of things. We’ve all got so much going on that it can be easy to push the thing that’s helping us most to the back burner.
The one thing that has always helped me stay on top of everything are challenges. Each day has a different activity to do, and I’ve found a challenge for almost everything I’ve ever tried to do for a substantial period of time. So, in wake of the stressful times we’re in right now, I found a 31 Days of Mental Wellness Challenge that we can use to keep on top of our mental health!
It has different activities to help boost your serotonin (the chemical in your brain that makes you happy), so it’s never the same thing twice!
